José Andrés Rodríguez

José Andrés is the QA Centre of Excellence Lead at Softtek EMEA, with over 20 years’ experience in software quality. He has led strategic initiatives by combining technical expertise with business acumen in roles such as QA Automation Architect, Delivery Manager and Capacity Manager. He specialises in end-to-end delivery, from solution design through to stable operation, managing multicultural teams distributed globally. With a solid foundation in testing and automation, he brings a pragmatic, execution-oriented approach. In his talks, he shares real-world experiences on scaling quality, technical professionalisation and aligning people.

Héctor Arturo Ramírez

Héctor is a Quality Engineering Solutions Architect with extensive experience in helping organisations improve software quality in complex business environments. He has worked with global clients across sectors such as finance, retail, hospitality and technology, driving quality, modernisation and AI-powered testing initiatives. He specialises in intelligent automation, GenAI, agentic approaches and Quality Engineering transformation. He advocates for AI as an accelerator, whilst keeping human judgement at the centre. He collaborates with technical and business teams to design scalable and reliable solutions, and shares his vision at industry events and within communities.
